The Czar has been specialy designed fro aluminium production. It incoperates smart design methodilogy to save on materials and assure ease of build with minimised build time. The hull design has been optimised to assure excellent seakeping while still providing perfromace to attain good cruising speeds.
For added boyancy & stability at rest the Czar uses a large rigid inflatable collar from hyperlon.

7m Rigid Inflatable Power Boat
Design Brief:
To design a 7m patrol boat which would be built from marine grade Aluminium, simple construction, minimum build time, use of jigs, and all components to be water-cut/laser cut for easy assembly. The vessel should reflect a minimalistic style with faceted panels giving a utilitarian feel.
Design Solution:
The meet the design brief, Allure Marine decided to evolve proven hull forms & design features from previous paramilitary projects. Through manipulating a proven hull form through surface modelling software and running simulations for hull speed and sea keeping we finalised the hull form.
To define the exterior style particularly the pilothouse and aft deck concepts where created prior to the creation of the hull form, these concepts gave form to the Suspects key exterior design characteristics. We could then morph the hull form with the newly designed pilothouse and rear deck. This was achieved using both detailed 2D drawings and 3D modelling software.
Having now finalised hull form, pilothouse, and outboard well, fwd/aft decks we could concentrate on the internal structure. It was key to develop an internal structure that was regit and meet class society regulations. We designed an internal structure that would assure strength, lighting features and build simplicity through the utilisation of jigging.
