The Treat was specially developed to for fill our design brief. This brief outlined for the design of a 6m high-performance powerboat which incorporates a modern utilitarian style. Through lengthily research & development we came up with the Threat.

Design Brief:
To design a 6m high-performance powerboat that is unique style which incorporates a utilitarian modern design approach suited for the international marine market.
Design Solution:
The meet the design brief, Allure Marine really took on a lengthily conceptual design and research stage. Out main goal was to produce a powerboat design so unique it would receive outstanding recognition.
In researching the international marine industry market and identifying a niece or market gap we soon identified design features that would make our new vessel unique. We produced numerous design sketches, study 3D models, physical mock-ups, tank testing models, remote controlled study models ect. Through this process we evolved what was to be the “threat”. A 6m high-performance, utilitarian styled powerboat.
Design Features:
The Treats unique cockpit area provides 6 crew members with shock absorption seating. The navigator and Captain can utilise dash panels/console specifically designed to house all navigation and communication equipment with ergo dynamics in mind. The internal cockpit is sheltered by a Bimini-roll charge in which a Arimid fabric Bimini covering can be easily mounted this protects uses from sea-spray, sun and wind.
Incorporating a compact propulsion and powering unit was key in the Threats design, Therefore we have decided with a mercury 140hp inboard engine with incorporated jet unit. This powering option insures this particular powerboats performance and limits the aft space required to house powering and propulsion systems.
